Michael White has spent over twenty years training and achieving superior health and fitness with some of the best trainers in Middle Tennessee. As he aged, he became increasingly interested in helping others get fit. He noticed that many men give up on their physical fitness as they age. It doesn’t have to be this way. Michael makes it possible for men and women to maintain a strong and capable physique even as they grow older.
He became an International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) Certified Personal Trainer to provide private and personal guidance to clients seeking an authentic, knowledgeable fitness coach in the Tri-Cities of Northeast Tennessee.

Iron Works Fitness offers true goal-oriented fitness coaching and training customized to every client’s condition, needs, and goals. What does that look like? There are some options, but the process goes like this:
- Your first meeting is an assessment in which Michael evaluates your condition, health, needs, capabilities, nutrition, and goals.
