This is a once-weekly, high-intensity training routine that can include:
Body Sculpting
Get advice and specialized guidance to ensure the best and safest methods while incorporating custom cardio training into your weight training and body sculpting workout routines. Michael White also offers certified nutritional guidance to add even more potential to your advanced cardio training. 
Cardio Training
After demonstrating a committed focus and knowledge of correct workout routines (after about eight weeks), clients may enjoy invitation-only, exclusive Tri-Cities gym access. You will schedule your workout routines and access times with Michael to enjoy a custom schedule.
